“Civil organizational development in Nógrád County” TÁMOP (SOCIAL RENEWAL OPERATIVE PROGRAM) 5.3.3 application project Aim of our program is organizational development, which can be requisitioned by organizations, independent from departmental specifications, and which is indispensable to validation of interests as well as to the efficacy of activity of non-profit sector in Hungary, in particular Nógrád County. Direct aim of this construction is complex organizational development, strengthening, stabilization of activity of civil organizations (hereinafter referred to as: civil organizations) and thereby making civil organizations capable for active participation in internal and foreign development programs. In the frame of this construction, non-profit organizations that are skilled in organizational development and non-profit management can obtain a subsidy to provide complex organizational development services for civil organizations and give practical information within their disseminational activity, in connection with secure operation and participation in application procedure. Further aim of operational development is promotion of efficient cooperation of organizational control body, management, volunteers, sympathizers and promoters as well as development of internal and external communication and finding of sources by civil organizations. Development of civil organizations contributes to increase of number of civil organizations – first of all in subregions of disadvantageous situation - that are potentially able to join into execution of developments in the frame of New Hungary Development Plan and the domestic development programs, whereby can be attained that civil organizations may effectively provide services or execute programs by responding to needs emerging in the region and to specific problems and thereby increase satisfaction of their clientele. The consortium of 4 members submitting SOCIAL RENEWAL O.P.-5.5.3. has obtained after all a subsidy in the amount of HUF 47.355.144, the 80% whereof is planned to be used by taking in of organizations and undertakings of Nógrád County. Members of the consortium of Nógrád County: - Mozgáskorlátozottak Egymást Segítők Egyesülete (Association of People with Impaired Mobility for Helping Each Other) (seat: 3100 Salgótarján, Fő tér 5.) as main candidate. His exercise is coordination of the project, transaction of concrete organizational development activity, managing of activity in connection with settlement of the project. - Dél-Nógrádi Települések Pásztói Egyesülete (Association of Villages of South-Nógrád in Pásztó) (Office: 3060 Pásztó, Nagymező út 3.). His exercise is operation of the civil office in Pásztó, keeping contact with civil organizations, selection of civil organizations taking part in the project, counselling in general civil matters as well as in connection with applications. - Palóc Nők a Holnapért Egyesület (Association of Palóc Women for the Tomorrow) (Office: 2660 Balassagyarmat, Rákóczi fejedelem út 125-127.). His exercise is operation of the civil office in Balassagyarmat, keeping contact with civil organizations, selection of civil organizations taking part in the project, counselling in general civil matters as well as in connection with applications. - Hibó Tamás Alapítvány az Egyenlő Esélyekért (Tamás Hibó Foundation for Equal Chances) (seat: 3100 Salgótarján, Úttörők útja 6.) In order to increase inclination for application as well as application writing abilities the foundation works out an online application writer training program with consultation possibility (distance learning program) We inform about organization development program in Nógrád County at least 300 civil organizations. The aim of the concrete project is complex organizational development of 30-32 civil organizations. One of the hardly feasible aims of the program is, that 27-28 civil organizations shall be able to write with our help an application of the European Union as a main applicant or as a partner of a consortium in the following 3-4 years, as well as the increase of satisfaction level of membership and/or clientele shall become measurable at least by 20 civil organizations, in connection with work and activity of given civil organization.
